The B&B has an established clientèle from all over the world. The large pool with Jacuzzi, waterfall, 2 water slides and 10 adjoining covered picnic areas is a favorite of families of the community as well as families from all over Costa Rica. It is also THE place for weddings, receptions, graduations, as well as school, birthday and other community gatherings.

About 3 blocks from the beach, (About as close as you can get to the beach and still be fully titled!) this lovely 2 story 4,410 sq, ft. B&B is fully titled, has 4 huge "cabinas", each with it's own private kitchenette, bath and sitting areas, plus the owner/manager's living area and office and sits on over an acre of property. Furnishings and most furniture would be included in the sale.

The large pool is over 3,000 sq feet in area and is open to the public 4 to 7 days a week. Has 10 covered adjoining picnic areas as well as several showers, 4 toilet/changing rooms and a snack/refreshment bar which serves soda, snacks and whole roasted chickens. There are also 2 smaller pools, play areas, a clubhouse for children, and tables for checkers or chess. Admission is around $3 for adults and $2 for children plus snacks etc. which seem to bring in as much income as the pool itself.
