The kitchen and baths have granite counters and exotic wood cabinets. The great room also has exotic wood ceilings, and sliding glass doors that open to a beautiful wooden covered deck. These covered areas are where people in Costa Rica spend most of their time when at home. This is one of the best with it's view of the Central Valley and farms below.
The upper deck is even larger (but not covered) and has a sink with running water, making it a great area for gatherings and BBQs. I picture it with potted plants and a couple tables with colored umbrellas.
SOLAR WATER HEATER:
Water in the house is primarily heated by solar elements on the roof (has back-up electric) and the swimming pool water is heated by a different set of elements on the roof.
Many people in Costa Rica are using this system with great results, they end up using very little public electricity!
The house is fully wired for entertainment, phone and internet. The Internet jacks Catagory 6 and Catagory 6 Cable were purchased from US by the owner. Also the Coaxial burial cable was purchased by the owner and brought from US. Every room has 2 Internet/Phone jacks and a coax for TV. Also the PABX phone system has a 20 line capacity and is an Intercom ( can call any room from any room ).
This guard gated community has a spectacular entry, paved roads and a community center with pool and playground as well as places to walk, natural areas and sitting spots with park benches.
5 minutes to Grecia, and a short drive to the Pan American highway makes this a great place to live and central to everything.
Appliances stay with the house, as does the phone line.
Association fees are $20 a month.
